Grand Lodge Sessions 2026

COMMITTEE ON ARRANGEMENTS

Dear Brothers and Sisters:

The Annual Grand Lodge and Rebekah Assembly Sessions for 2026 will be held April 27th - 28th at the Canad Inns, Club Regent Casino Hotel. This will be a 2 day meeting with Joint Installation taking place on Monday evening. If you require a room at the hotel, the room rate is $144.00 per night plus taxes for a room containing 2 queen beds. Limited King rooms & adjoining rooms are available. Book early to obtain the type of room you desire! Reference number is “BLOCK 941932”. Each member is responsible for booking their own accommodations. The CUTOFF DATE for reservations is March 15, 2026. If you do not book your reservation by that date, you will be charged a higher rate.

The Grand Master and President will be holding a “Meet and Greet” on Sunday, April 26th which will include a Cash Bar. Hors d’ouevres will be served. It is each members responsibility to determine whether your allergies prevent you from eating the hors d’ouevres. Any other meals you require will be up to each individual member attending. Lunches will be available at Aalto’s Restaurant - you will have to order from the menu and pay individually. A buffet meal will be available on Monday and Tuesday. If you are planning to attend the Joint Installation in the evening, your evening meal arrangements will be your responsibility.

Enclosed is a single form for Pre-Registration. Registration is $80.00 per person for Odd Fellows and $70.00 per person for Rebekahs. Please note the additional late registration fee of $10.00 should your registration not be received by the DEADLINE of March 15, 2026. PLEASE SUBMIT THE ENTIRE REGISTRATION FORM WITH YOUR PAYMENT. Cost based on 50 members in total attending.

Some guidelines when submitting your Registration:

- Each person must submit a SEPARATE Registration form for each Session, for example, for an Odd Fellow registering for both Grand Lodge and Rebekah Assembly Sessions must submit 2 forms. You can, however submit several together and write ONE CHEQUE for them all, and submit them in one envelope.

- All cheques are to be made payable to the GRAND LODGE OF MANITOBA COA.

- A MEET & GREET will held on Sunday, April 26th from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. in Ambassador Room C. There will be a Cash Bar and hors d’ouevres will be served. The COST PER TICKET is $30.00. DEADLINE FOR ORDERING MEET & GREET TICKETS IS MARCH 15th.

- The Committee would appreciate you following these guidelines.

Registration and Credentials will take place on Sunday, April 26th from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the upper level at the entrance of the Ambassador Rooms booked for this event. The meetings will commence at 9:00 a.m.

The Joint Installation will be held in Ambassador D at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 27th. No refreshments will be served.

PLEASE REMEMBER YOUR NAME TAG HOLDERS. A new one costs $5.00
